TeamSigma was very successful in addressing the problem This was checked a number of times before and not spotted. The problem existed for 6 weeks and was resolved in one session of doing this exercise.
The amount of information required was just right for the 3 problems that we used This program pushed us to a very fast resolution for each of the problems.
